Unfortunately if your solar system doesn’t face the sun, it cannot deliver hot water. Your solar system must face the position of the sun at 12:00 midday; basically, it has to face South for those living North of the tropics and it has to face North for those living South of the tropics (for those living within the tropics, the collector best position is flat if it cannot be moved depending on the season).
